Medica Supply Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped out the next business day, provided that we have the product in stock, your account is verified and the order is placed before 6pm EST. MedicaSupply.com does not process and ship orders on Saturday and Sunday. Orders placed after 6:00PM EST will be processed the next day. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday, unless otherwise specified. We use renowned express service shipping carriers.
Botox and Dysport are shipped in temperature controlled, insulated containers in order to sustain the quality of the product.
Upon shipment, customers are informed of the shipping carrier and the tracking number.
Medica Supply Return Policy
MedicaSupply.com has a simple return policy. We will gladly accept returns within 7 days after you have received the product if:
- the product is defective due to manufacturing
- the product is damaged due to handling
- the product is outside the manufacturer's temperature guidelines
- if we shipped the wrong product
If any of the above circumstances occur, contact our customer service representatives and we will do our best to assist you and resolve any problems you may have.
If a return is requested, we ask that you hold the products according to the manufacturer temperature and handling guidelines.
Methods of Payment
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
When your order is received, we take up to 48 hours to verify your account and Medical Professional License Number. We do not charge your credit card until your account information has been verified.
We charge your card the amount appointed on the invoice sent to you. Your bank may impose small foreign transaction fees. We also accept wire transfers in US dollars. Your order will be processed after the funds have cleared.
